 If you have ever browsed a library shelf containing “personal development” books but only to walk away without any books in your hand because you just didn’t know where to start, then peak performance could be perfect for you.
 In our internet age, facts and information have become instantly available but increasingly harder to verify.
    Yesterday I had the honour of being invited to speak at Bristol Dental Hospital's careers afternoon. So I took the girls to school, did some housework and then drove to Ikea and then onto the dental school. (I have now reached the productivity ninja level of being able to do a full Ikea shop, getting all 40+ items on my list in under an hour without losing my sense of calm!)
