Bristol careers Fair

Yesterday I had the honour of being invited to speak at Bristol Dental Hospital's careers afternoon. So I took the girls to school, did some housework and then drove to Ikea and then onto the dental school. (I have now reached the productivity ninja level of being able to do a full Ikea shop, getting all 40+ items on my list in under an hour without losing my sense of calm!)

Among the speakers at the careers fair were dentists from various fields aiming to give dental students insight into different options they may be interested in after graduating such as careers in Orthodontics, the army, research etc

I was able to talk about my career but seeing as the majority of my time is spent purely as an associate dentist I decided to also give a short presentation on one of my pet topics: Incorporating photography into your routine. How to do it and benefits you will see.

It is something I wish had been discussed when I was at uni because I went through a good few years of not taking any photos and I really regret it now as such a missed opportunity.
