 I have been using a basic composite heater for the past year or so and love it. If you have not tried it then I would suggest you do so or at least do some further reading about heated composite. There is a good selection of papers on the topic here:

 In the second article summery I am following a similar theme to the article discussed last week I.E. improving diet to improve health. However this time the article focuses on how your diet impacts on your brain function.
 This year I am planning on reading more scientific papers. I have always found scientific experiments and research really interesting and used to read a lot of papers but for some reason this has slipped by the wayside in recent years. So to help keep me motivated I am planning on sharing summaries of the most interesting papers I come across this year. I am doing this as I think others may find some of these papers interesting too and I am hoping some of these reviews will spark debates on a range of topics.
