This month has been quite busy. I have:
Read/listened to 1) Scrum 2) Deep Work 3) Find Your Why 4) Getting Things Done Shared ideas of my own including about my dental anatomy cards, my golden circle, how to best deal with emergency appointment requests and how astronaut training could improve your dentistry. Started teaching as a clinical supervisor for Peninsula University. I am massively enjoying this process and finding it hugely beneficial to both my mindset and energy levels. Some exciting things coming up in October too including presentations to the local study club and at the Bristol Dental Hospital careers day. More of that soon. Do you reflect on your day/week/month? It is a very powerful tool and a great habit to get into.
