In our "always connected" modern world some people seem to delight in pointing out how good they are at multitasking. It is is even something that people put on CVs or mention in job interviews as positive points. If you are one of those people then you may not like what I am about to write, but please get past the initial frustration. Hopefully I can help you see the light.

Last night Dhru Shah, the CEO of Dentinal Tubules came to Exeter to explain the new CPD system coming into effect in January. I had previously seen the headlines of the changes such as “no more non-verifiable CPD”, “100 hours verifiable CPD over 5 years” and “personal development plan”. Dhru really helped to clarify exactly what this will mean come next year and if I’m honest it is more complex than I thought it was. The video above explains a little about how you can build and track your personal development plan.
The Dentinal Tubules team have really put a lot of effort into getting this all built into the functionality of their site and their study club community. Now more than ever I think my Tubules membership is really going to be great value for money. If you have ever browsed a library shelf containing “personal development” books but only to walk away without any books in your hand because you just didn’t know where to start, then peak performance could be perfect for you.
