Over the last few months I have come to realise via the blog and all the books that I have read that I really like getting things organised. I'm may not be great at managing other people to organise a group project or holiday etc, but give me a personal project to break down into its component parts and work through then I am in my element. This is probably why I loved the productivity ninja book and ever since reading that my daily and weekly planning has been evolving slowly. Here is the latest update to that process. My weekly ninja planning session has moved from an iPad app onto Google Keep as it makes it quicker to complete and allows me to amend it over time more easily. I also felt it made sense for my weekly planning to be in the same place as my day to day workflow plans.
And I have also added a separate daily plan checklist. It is purely a little physical reminder to do what I have already been doing mentally for some time but I have found it is useful. It ensures I am adding all important items to my "Today" section of google keep and also consider which of these tasks really are my priority for that day.
