Robin Sharma is an American "Leadership Expert" who spends his time lecturing and hosting workshops about how to become a better leader. This is a free 1 hour audiobook around that topic (available from audible).
This felt like it was created purely to advertise Robin Sharma and his courses, lectures, podcasts etc. Very heavy on celebrity namedrops of people he has helped and non-sensical cheesy stories to illustrate his points which can pretty much be summed up as follows:
1) Be the best version of yourself you can be.
2) Be kind to others.
3) Lead by example.
4) Please go on a course by Robin Sharma.
He is clearly very successful but not my style.
Should you read/listen to this?
Not unless you are a very big fan of artificial American cheese.
